Come see “The BFG,” (Big Friendly Giant) which was adapted from a story by Roald Dahl (the author of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and James and the Giant Peach) for First Stage Children’s Theater. It has a cast of wonderful adult actors and two alternating casts of three absolutely amazing young Milwaukee area actors.
The Harry W. Schwartz Bookshops will be hosting activist David Ranney, author of Global Decisions, Local Collisions on September 18 at 7 pm, to speak about his book, which addresses the way globalization has led to specific consequences for cities.
