How to Deal With Problem Landlords

This is the first in a series of articles that will look at the business of renting and managing properties in the neighborhood. We will explore a number of questions throughout this series, including: Who owns rental properties in Riverwest? How well do they take care of them? What does this say about their regard for the neighborhood and for the rest of us who live here? What can tenants do about “deadbeat” landlords? What can landlords do about “deadbeat” tenants?
