ARTBAR, DINO’S TEAM UP FOR MISHMASH FEST 2015 ART BAR (MishMash) July 2015 RGB

This years MishMash festival is coming up, and once more Art*Bar is hosting its second annual “Riverwest Has Talent” competition. The attraction will be held intermittently between live bands on our main stage on Friday July 24th.

Dino’s will be adding a stage to the festivities as well, so MishMash is expanding by a block this year.

Here are the guidelines to get involved, and be eligible to perform: -‐ Must post and submit a YouTube video to facebook.com/riverwesttalent (send us a private message, or post it publicly to the page’s wall) -‐ If you do not have Facebook, email press kit and links to artbar-riverwest@wi.rr.com -‐ Audition videos must be no longer than 3 minutes -‐ Videos must also showcase the act you are going to perform live -‐ If you’re performing as a band, please let us know ahead of time to work on set up procedures -‐ All ages are welcome to perform, and there is no entry fee

If your talent passes the preliminary round, you’ll advance to perform live during the festival on the 24th for a chance to compete for the following prizes:

1st place: $300 • 2nd place: $150 • 3rd place: $50

All performers must have open availability on the 24th, as th festival runs from 3PM-11:30PM.

Deadline to submit a video for the talent show is Sunday, July 19, by midnight. If you’re chosen to advance, you’ll hear back from organizers on the following  Monday, July 20th.

Once again all talents are welcome, so have fun with this. Last year there were flame dancers, jugglers, magicians, musicians and more. Hope to see you perform this year for a chance to be Riverwest’s next big talent! Good luck!
