Amateur and semi-professional performers – BOTH ADULTS & CHILDREN – are encouraged to get in the act – singers, jugglers, poets, musicians, comedians, drummers, belly dancers, performance artists, etc.
Do you do something that is just plain weird? Then we want YOU.
There will be two shows – a Family Show and an Adult Show. Auditions may be required.
FAMILY SHOW: Children (ages 5-18) either solo, with friends, or with parents/family members are invited to perform.
ADULT SHOW: For everyone else: Due to city codes – and with apologies to all ye free spirits – no nudity and no fires!
SPECIAL CATEGORY: A short skit that focuses on a local issue – like racism, street crime, or poverty – and that incorporates the idea of WE rather than US/THEM. Humor is encouraged in conveying the problem and possible solutions.
