Riverwest Artists Association’s 19th Annual Artwalk is coming Saturday and Sunday, October 4 and 5, from noon until 5 p.m. Tickets are just $3. Pick up a map of more than 25 participating studios, homes, galleries, and alternative sites, and join over 200 art lovers in the city’s first and oldest neighborhood Artwalk! Buy tickets and enjoy the Riverwest Artists Association (RAA) Annual Members show at Beginning Dreams Forever Gallery, 833 E. Burleigh and The Feed Shop, 918 E. Center. Tickets are also available at the Gordon Park Pavilion, in the park at Locust and Humboldt. For the second year, the Milwaukee County Parks Department has graciously allowed RAA to use the Gordon Park Pavilion. There you can bid on silent auction items or buy an Artwalk t-shirt designed by Heather Eiden. There will also be children’s activities, including “Making Wearable Art” with Sue Browne from Fratney School. For more information, see our “Q and A” section on page 21.
