Garden

We urge people again to explore the hillside sloping down to Commerce Street from Reservoir Park. The unfenced backyard of Claude Gagnon opens out to a stunning view of the East Side. It is a garden that has something for everyone, with a brick path that threads all the elements together. Close to the house is a patio area. Where the direct sun falls, you will find a vegetable patch. Where the sun does not reach, you find a lush woodland shade garden. The crowning touch is the Asian-inspired pergola which adds a Zen feel to the whole. This garden behind 2052 North Booth Street is an all-around gem.
